Camping World Stadium is in the middle of a $400 million renovation set for completion in 2027, and the game will be played at reduced capacity while the work goes on, Florida Citrus Sports says. It has not published a capacity figure.
Tickets
Tickets are available now only through Florida Citrus Sports’ Stadium Pass packages, which give holders early access before the general public. Public sales open after the teams are picked on Dec. 6. Premium seating and group packages are on the Citrus Bowl tickets page. The organizers have not published ticket prices.

Parking, shuttle and road closures
The organizers’ game day page still showed the Dec. 31, 2025, game’s details when we checked, so lot opening times, shuttle stops and rideshare zones are not confirmed yet. We will add them here when they are posted.
Three streets beside the stadium stay closed to traffic until August 2027 for the renovation, the City of Orlando says:
- Church Street from Tampa Avenue to Rio Grande Avenue, with the sidewalks on both sides (city notice)
- Rio Grande Avenue from Church Street to Anderson Street (city notice)
- South Street from Rio Grande Avenue to Norton Avenue
For the Florida Classic on Nov. 21, the stadium’s lots sold out and the City of Orlando ran a free downtown shuttle; that game’s arrangements are on our Florida Classic page. Downtown garages and lots are on our getting around guide, and other road work on our road construction and closures page. The stadium sits in the Parramore area west of downtown.
Last year’s game
No. 14 Texas beat No. 18 Michigan 41-27 in the 80th Citrus Bowl, with Arch Manning named game MVP. It was Texas’ first bowl appearance in Orlando, Florida Citrus Sports said.
