An index of where Orlando's legal notices are published: Florida's statewide notice site, City Hall meeting notices and county and court notices. Clerk: 407-246-2251.
Last checked Oct. 9, 2026. This page is an index, not an official publication. Orlando Local Today is not a newspaper of record, and nothing here replaces the legal notice itself. For the legal text, follow the link to the official source.
Legal notices tell residents about public hearings, rezonings, budgets, bids, foreclosure sales, estates and other actions the law requires to be announced in advance. For Orlando, they come from the City of Orlando, Orange County government, Orange County Public Schools, the courts and state agencies. The best single place to search them is Florida’s statewide notice site, floridapublicnotices.com. City notices and records go through the City Clerk, 407-246-2251.

How Florida publishes legal notices
Two state laws set the rules:
- Newspapers and the statewide site. When a legal notice runs in a print newspaper, the newspaper must also place it on the statewide website run by the Florida Press Association, floridapublicnotices.com, under section 50.0211 of the Florida Statutes.
- Government websites. Under section 50.0311, a county, school board or other local government may publish required notices on the county’s official website or a website the county designates, if it costs less than a newspaper.
