How admission works

Admission is by lottery, according to the school’s enrollment and lottery page. Siblings of current students have priority, students who live in the district have priority over out-of-district entrants, and families must re-apply each year to stay in the lottery. The school says it enrolls to capacity, 219 students from kindergarten to eighth grade.

Orange County Public Schools does not handle charter school enrollment: “Each charter school has its own application and enrollment process,” the district says on its list of charter schools, and families must contact the school about its lottery and process.

  • Federal count: 190 students in the 2024-25 school year, with 12 full-time-equivalent classroom teachers, according to the NCES directory. That is about 16 students per teacher.
