Orlando’s dessert shops cluster in Mills 50 on East Colonial Drive and North Mills Avenue, on Corrine Drive in Audubon Park, and in Lake Nona. Twistee Treat’s two stands are on South Orange Avenue in SoDo and on Curry Ford Road.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Orlando’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and checked each place against its own website on Oct. 10, 2026. Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe’s website no longer works; it is here because the state inspected it in July 2026. Shops whose sites would not load or show a store for us, including Bacio, Cold Stone Creamery, Crumbl, Menchie’s and Mochinut, are left out until we can check them, as are the dessert counters on the theme park resorts. Before It Melts on Lake Nona Boulevard is an ice cream shop that calls itself a gathering place for families, friends and neighbors. It opens at 3 p.m. on weekdays and at noon on the weekend.

Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe on East Colonial Drive in Mills 50 no longer has a working website. The state’s inspection records list it at this address, last inspected in July 2026.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice on Tagore Place in Lake Nona, off Narcoossee Road, is the Italian ice chain’s shop. Its page lists online ordering and Jelati ice cream cakes.

Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream on Corrine Drive in Audubon Park is the first of the company’s shops and makes its own ice cream and sorbets. It sells party packs, ice cream cakes and catering. Its other shops, on South Ferncreek Avenue and in Oviedo, are outside the city.

Matcha Cafe Maiko on North Mills Avenue in Mills 50 is a matcha cafe with online ordering and event catering, its site says.

Sampaguita Ice Cream & Desserts on East Colonial Drive in Mills 50 serves Filipino-inspired ice cream, shakes, sundaes and floats, plus bananacue, its site says. It also caters.

Twistee Treat has two stands inside the city limits, in SoDo on South Orange Avenue and on Curry Ford Road. Its menu lists soft serve in cones or cups, shakes and malts, sundaes and slushies, and both stands keep the same hours.

Wafu in East End Market on Corrine Drive serves taiyaki, the Japanese fish-shaped cake, and soft serve, its site says.
