Patios and outdoor dining in Orlando: Lake Eola to Lake Nona

The places on this list are spread across the city: downtown at Lake Eola and in Creative Village, Mills 50, SoDo on South Orange Avenue, Lake Nona, West Sand Lake Road near Universal and South Semoran Boulevard near the airport. Each one says on its own website that it has a patio, a courtyard or outdoor seating.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Orlando’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, including places tagged with outdoor seating, and kept only those whose own website says they have a patio or outdoor seating when we checked on Oct. 10, 2026. Many other Orlando restaurants have tables outside but do not say so on their sites, or their sites would not load for us; they are not listed. Restaurants on the theme park resorts and inside hotels are left out. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run a place with a patio? Another Broken Egg Cafe on South Semoran Boulevard, in the Lee Vista area, lists patio dining and a pet-friendly patio on its page, along with a full bar. It serves breakfast and brunch every day.

Foxtail Coffee has three cafes on this list. The Lake Eola cafe on East Central Boulevard has indoor seating and an outside patio; the Lake Nona cafe on Tavistock Lakes Boulevard has an outdoor courtyard; and the SoDo North cafe on South Orange Avenue has an outdoor area alongside its indoor tables and lounge seating, their pages say. SoDo North and Lake Nona also serve beer and wine.

Giordano’s on West Sand Lake Road, near Universal, is the Chicago deep-dish pizza chain’s restaurant. Its page invites guests to have a glass of wine or beer on its patio.

Kaya on North Thornton Avenue in Mills 50 is a Filipino neighborhood restaurant and bar. Its site describes an outdoor patio and garden space at its Bayani Bar, with a happy hour Tuesday to Saturday.

The Monroe on North Terry Avenue in Creative Village, downtown, has a main dining room, bar, lounge, daytime coffee bar and a backyard patio, its site says, plus a front porch it uses for casual gatherings and large events.

Park Pizza & Brewing Co. on Lake Nona Boulevard brews its own beer and serves pizza in its dining room, at its bar or on its patio, with takeout and delivery, its site says.
